Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is relying on some documents which applicant wants to produce before this Court. Learned counsel for the applicant further submits that in application, applicants have mentioned about various sale deeds, three maps and Judgments passed by this Court. Learned counsel further submits that applicant is not pressing about the production of sale deeds. Hence it may not be considered while deciding the application. The judgments passed by this Court and Hon'ble Apex Court and

Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to allow the application. Hence application is allowed. Learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to produce three maps on which the applicant is relying and Judgment of this Court and Hobn'ble Apex Court.
