Mr.More, learned Counsel submits that the electricity supply of the petitioner - Company is disconnected.

Mr.Bajal, learned Counsel for respondent no.1 submits that as of today, an amount of Rs.6,73,01,700/- is outstanding against the petitioner apart from the regular current electricity bills.

To adjust the equities, we pass the following order :-

2 110-WP-3174.odt (i) The petitioner shall deposit an amount of Rs.Three Crores and the amount of regular bills, if any, within seven days from today. The petitioner shall deposit the remaining amount of Rs.3,73,01,700/- within seven days thereafter.

(ii) The respondents shall re-connect the electricity supply of the petitioner - Company immediately.

(iii) In case of a single default, the respondents will be entitled to disconnect the electricity supply of the petitioner.

With these directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
