Liberty, as prayed for, is granted, in the interest of justice. However, it is made clear that the petitioner shall be permitted to continue with the cross examination of PW 3. All contentions are kept open. 3.

The learned Special Judge shall not be influenced by the withdrawal of this petition, in any way, and the petitioner shall exercise his right to a fair trial.
