An order dated 28/06/2021 was passed by this Court, in Writ Petition No.5761/2021, during the pendency of the execution proceeding for the recovery of the compensation amount. Since we passed the said order and though the execution proceedings are in progress and warrants are issued, the petitioner has filed this contempt petition in relation to the order dated 28/06/2021. 2.

The learned A.G.P. places a compilation of two pages, which are taken on record and collectively marked as 'X-1' for identification. Based on the same, he points out that, that an amount of Rs. 17,76,069/- has been deposited with the Executing Court.

The learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that, the petitioners desire to withdraw this contempt petition, as the amounts are deposited in the execution proceedings and the grievance of the petitioners with regard to any shortfall in the depositing of the compensation amount, can be looked into, by the Executing Court.

In view of the above, this contempt petition is disposed off, as withdrawn on instructions.
