This application is filed for recalling the order dated 17th February 2015, thereby stipulating the time for filing the application so as to take exception to the charge sheet. It appears that by the said order, time was granted till 2nd March 2015 for filing the application. However, the application was not filed within time.

It appears that the applicant did file the application on 2nd March 2015. However, as contended by the learned Counsel for the applicant, same was not numbered and as a result, the Registry declined to process the said application.

In the light of above, the Application is allowed. Criminal Application No. 236 of 2015 is restored to its original position. The Application is accordingly disposed of.
