PER COURT :- This writ petition pertains to dis-qualifcation of respondent no.1 on the ground that meeting of the Gramsabha were not conducted during his tenure as Sarpanch. Petitioners have lodged a case before the Additional Collector, Osmanabad and thus preferred this writ petition. Election term was over long back that is in the year 2010. Thus, by effuu of time this writ petition has become infructuous. Writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Rule discharged.
