The learned Counsel submits that though the vigilance is conducted and the say to the vigilance is also fled in November, 2019, the validation proceedings are not yet decided. The petitioner is an elected candidate.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for respondents.

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 26th March, 2020.

The Committee shall thereafter decide the validation proceedings, preferably within a period of one month. 5.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
