The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed application with the District Supply Officer for issuance of licence in the name of the petitioner on 02.08.2018. The same is not yet considered.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for all the respondents.

In case the application filed by the petitioner (Page No.33) is pending with District Supply Officer (respondent no. 5), then respondent no. 5 shall take decision upon it on it's own

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
