Per Court :- After arguing the matter for some time, Mr. Vijay G. Sakolkar, learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the present Application. Permission is granted. Criminal Application is dismissed, as withdrawn. (2) At the time of withdrawal of present Criminal Application, Mr. Vijay G. Sakolkar, learned counsel submits that, necessary directions be given for expeditious disposal of Sessions Case. Speedy trial is a right of person, who is behind the bar.

(3) In that view of the matter, the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kandhar, Camp at Mukhed, Dist. Nanded is directed to dispose of Sessions Case No.35 Of 2014, expeditiously, within a period of one year from the date of receipt of this order.

2/2 cri.appln. 1227.15..sxw (4) The learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kandhar, Camp at Mukhed, Dist. Nanded shall make every endevour to dispose of Sessions Case by recording the evidence day-by-day.

(5) Liberty is granted to the Applicant to approach to this Court afresh, if Sessions Case No.35 Of 2014 is not disposed of within stipulated time. However, it is made clear that, Applicant and co-accused who are close relative of Applicant shall co-operate the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kandhar, Camp at Mukhed, Dist. Nanded for early dispose of Sessions Case No.35/14.
