The present petition has been filed to direct respondent No.3 to decide the proposal of the petitioner - Society dated 02.02.2024, to verify the proposal of the petitioner - Society dated 04.07.2023 for verification of roster from the concerned authority and also to permit the petitioner - Society to fill up the posts as per staffing pattern. 2.

After waiving service for the respondents, learned AGP makes a statement that tomorrow, the respondent No.3 would forward the proposal to respondent No.2, then respondent No.2 would forward the proposal to the Assistant Commissioner, B. C. Cell, Aurangabad. 3.

In view of the said statement, the writ petition stands disposed of with directions to respondent No.3 to verify and forward the [1]
