When the present revisions are taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for Respondent Nos.4 and 7, tendered across the Bar a copy of the common judgment and order passed by the Maharashtra State Wakf Tribunal, Aurangabad in Wakf Application No.26 and 29 of 2016.

The present revisions are arising out of the same proceedings. An application was filed by the present revision applicants in the aforesaid Wakf Applications seeking their impleadment by invoking Order I Rule 10 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

In view of the fact that now the wakf Applications stand disposed of finally being infructuous, the present revision applications have also become infructuous. Both the revisions therefore stand disposed of being infructuous. (P.R. BORA) JUDGE BDV
