Heard learned counsel for respective parties. 2.

The present petition is directed against the order dated 25.02.2022 passed below Exh.05 by District Judge-3, Ambajogai in Regular Civil Appeal No.07/2022 below Exh.5 whereby, the application filed by the petitioners seeking stay of execution of decree in R.C.S. No.58 of 2006 came to be rejected.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the paperbook was already submitted and the appeal is pending for hearing. 4.

Therefore, without going into the merits of the matter, Learned District Court is directed to decide the appeal within a period of three months from today.
