There is delay of 2481 days caused in filing the application. The Suit was decided on 20/08/1996 and the First Appeal was decided on 20/02/2001. It appears that no information was given regarding death of defendant No. 2 and due to that steps were not taken. 3.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, permission is granted to bring legal representatives of respondent No. 2 on record.
