It was registered in the office of this court on 13.3.2015, when it was sent by the prisoner on February 15, 2015, through the Jail Superintendent. 2] Today learned APP submits that application of the applicant was considered and order is passed on 21.2.2015 and he was actually released on 2.3.2015 and after availing the furlough leave, he returned to the jail on 17.3.2015.
