For the reasons stated in the applications, particularly, the administrative reasons, delay caused in filing the appeals is condoned. Delay applications are allowed and disposed of. 4] The learned counsel for the appellants submits that the entire amount as directed by the Reference Court has been deposited except the interest component. In view of the above submission, the ad-interim stay granted earlier is confirmed. Stay applications are also disposed of. 5] Appeals are admitted.
