Pursuant to the orders dated 27th June, 2014 and 4th February, 2016, respectively, the applicant herein is arrested and committed to custody.

By the present application, the applicant seeks his release on bail in Criminal Appeal No.356 of 2014.

It is the case of the applicant that there was no intentional or deliberate attempt on his part to disregard or show disrespect to the orders passed by this Court and the court proceedings. The applicant,

criap1396.16 (2) through learned Counsel appearing on his behalf, undertakes to attend hearing of appeal against acquittal, i.e. Criminal Appeal No.356 of 2014. 5.

It is noted that but for present default, there are no other defaults on the part of the applicant herein.

In view thereof, in my opinion, it will be appropriate to allow the present application. Accordingly, the applicant is ordered to be released on bail on the same terms on which he was earlier admitted. Criminal Application stands allowed in above terms. (N.W. SAMBRE, J.) amj
