The Petitioner points out an earlier order passed by this Court on 31.03.2016 in Writ Petition No.3625/2016. The Divisional Commissioner was directed to consider the grievance of the Petitioner. The Divisional Commissioner accordingly referred the case of the Petitioner to Respondent No.5. However, the Member Secretary of the Record of Rights Committee / Resident Deputy Collector, Jalna deleted the name of the Petitioner on the ground that it is a quasi judicial application. 2.

The learned AGP has taken instructions from Respondent No.5 and submits that the pending application of the Petitioner dated 16.09.2020, would be considered by Respondent No.5 on its own merits and a decision would be arrived at within thirty days from today.
