The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the validation proceedings in respect of tribe claim of the petitioners pending with the Scheduled Tribe Certificate Scrutiny Committee are not yet decided.

In case the validation proceedings in respect of tribe claims of the petitioners are pending with the Committee, the Committee shall decide the same, on its own merits, expeditiously, preferably, within a period of four months from the date of appearance of the petitioners.

3.

The petitioners shall appear before the Committee on 26th March 2020.

4.
