The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner has given application for regularization of the services of the petitioner as Kendra Pramukh on the basis of the Government Resolution dated 16.02.2018. The same is pending for more than one year. It is not decided.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 4. Mr. Suryawanshi, the learned counsel waives notice for respondent Nos. 5 and 6. 3.

In case the application of the petitioner for regularization of the services of the petitioner as Kendra pramukh on the basis

2 wp 3315.22 of the Government Resolution dated 16.02.2018 is pending with respondent Nos. 5 and 6, then respondent Nos. 5 and 6 shall decide the said application on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
