I do not find any substance in this writ petition. In a decree of the year 2005, the Respondent / Decree Holder has filed an application for police protection and the learned Judge of the Trial Court vide its impugned order dated 4th January, 2017 in Regular Darkhast No.79 of 2014 below Exhibit 25, allowed the said application and granted police protection to the Decree Holder to carry out certain work like cleaning, maintenance etc. in the suit property. There is no reason to challenge such an order when the Judgment Debtor has not objected the execution of the said decree on any other substantial ground. The writ petition is hereby dismissed.
