The petitioners have put forth prayer clause (B), which reads as under :- "B) By issuing writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or directions in the like nature, the respondent no. 4 may please be directed to decide the objection dated 25.06.2021 and 22.02.2022 submitted by the petitioners and for that purpose issue necessary order."

A copy of the notice published in Zunjar Neta, dated 25.01.2022, Beed Edition, is shown to the Court at Page No.67. It is contended that the application raising objections was filed by the petitioners on 25.06.2021, i.e. within 30 days, as required

4482.22wp (2) under Section 31 (2) of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966.

The learned AGP representing Respondent Nos.1 to 4, submits that the said representation would be decided within four

(04) weeks.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off, with a direction to Respondent No.4, to consider the objections of the petitioners vide application dated 25.06.2021. Let the objections dated 25.06.2021, be decided, on or before 21.10.2022 and the decision be communicated to the petitioners within three (03) weeks thereafter.
