Learned A.P.P., on instructions, submits that, the concerned investigating officer has filed report under Section 169 of the Criminal Procedure Code for approval of the Additional Superintendent of Police. In that view of the matter, we do not think it necessary to keep this application pending for further adjudication. In case no steps are taken by the investigating officer or to file report report under Section 169 of the Criminal Procedure Code, or the same is not approved by the Superintendent of Police, liberty to the applicant to take appropriate remedy. Criminal Application accordingly stands disposed of.
