The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that though the earlier proposal submitted in respect of grant of approval to the services of the petitioner as Shikshan Sevak came to be rejected by respondent No.2 on 19.01.2022, however, now, the Management i.e. respondent Nos.3 and 4 in their affidavit-in-reply produced documents, would show that those defects on which the impugned order dated 19.01.2022 came to be passed can be

WP_4336_2022 satisfied and for that purpose also a representation preferred by the Management on 22.02.2022 is pending before respondent No.2. From the documents on record what could be seen that now the Management is ready to produce all the documents, that may satisfy respondent No.2 and, therefore, we direct respondent Nos.3 and 4 to file a fresh proposal along with all the documents before respondent No.2 within a period of three weeks from today. Thereupon, respondent No.2 to consider the said fresh proposal on its own merits without any impediment of the order passed by him on 19.01.2022. Such exercise by respondent No.2 be made within a period of two months after the proposal is received. With these directions the writ petition stands disposed of. ( S.G. CHAPALGAONKAR, J. ) ( SMT.
