Heard learned Advocates for the parties. This application is moved seeking intervention of the applicant in Writ Petition No. 2656 of 2025. The applicants are the persons whose properties have been attached by Notification dated 22.01.2025, which is the subject of challenge in the Writ Petition. This Court, thus, finds that the applicants are the persons who will be affected by the outcome of this petition. If the applicants are added as parties to the petition, they will be in a position to assist this Court.

Considering the above, this Civil Application stands allowed. 03.

The applicants be added as party respondent to the petition within two weeks from today. After the title clause is amended, the petition be placed on Board dated 11.06.2025. The parties are put to notice that as far as possible, this Court shall try to dispose off the Writ Petition at the stage of admission.
