Inspite of service, none appears for the respondent. 2.

This application is filed seeking transfer of proceeding bearing PWDVA No. 35 of 2021, pending before the learned JMFC, Omerga to the Court of learned JMFC, Latur.

The application is filed by the applicant-wife. The learned Advocate points out that this Court has already transferred the proceeding of Hindu Marriage Petition from the Court at Omerga to the Court at Latur by order dated 23rd January 2025 in Misc. Civil Application No.76 of 2024. Since two other proceedings are already Ethape

( 2 ) 47-APPLN-803-2025 filed and pending in the Court at Latur, this Court finds that it would be in the interest of justice to transfer the present proceeding to the Court at Latur. Application is, therefore, allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). 4.

After the proceeding is transferred, the trial Court is requested to dispose of the same as early as possible.

The trial Court shall also try to take up present proceeding alongwith other proceedings between the same parties by giving same date to avoid inconvenience to the parties.

With this, application stands disposed off.
