This petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to the respondent No.2 Committee to take decision on the tribe certificate validation proposal in respect of the petitioner, pending with the Committee, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one year from today and it is accordingly directed.

In the meanwhile, the University shall accept the examination form of the petitioner and permit him to appear for the examination. No coercive action be taken against the petitioner on the ground of his failure to submit the validation certificate. With the directions as above, writ petition stands disposed of.
