The Petitioner desires to withdraw this petition. The communication dated 21.03.2024 by the Petitioner to the learned Advocate, is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification.

The learned AGP has raised a valid objection on the ground that the Association, purportedly represented by the present Petitioner (Javed Khan) claiming to be the District President, has not preferred this petition. He cannot be permitted to file a petition on behalf of the Association. One petition has

As such, though the Petition could have been dismissed with costs for having filed a petition without even letting the Association or it's office bearers know that the Petitioner has lodged this petition and apparently without any consultation with the Association. However, the learned Advocate for the Petitioner prays that costs may not be imposed. 4.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, on instructions.
