Leave to add Scrutiny Committee, Nandurbar as party. The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent no. 1 and the Scrutiny Committee.

This Court had already passed an order on 06.02.2019 in Writ Petition filed by the present petitioner bearing no. 1760 of 2019 directing the respondents to allow the petitioner to prosecute her studies without insisting for the validity certificate and permit the petitioner to join the internship, subject to fulfilling other conditions.

In view of that order, the respondents herein are bound to comply with same.

Respondents no. 2 and 3 shall not withhold the result of the petitioner's examination and allow the petitioner to prosecute further course till the internship as directed by this Court under order dated 06.02.2019 in Writ Petition No. 1760 of 2019.

Respondents no. 2 and 3 may take further course of action depending upon the judgment that will be delivered by the committee in the validation proceeding.

Mr. Sant, learned counsel appears for respondent no. 2 and submits that he would instruct the respondents to abide by this Court's order passed in earlier writ petition.

The Scrutiny Committee shall decide the validation proceeding preferably within a period of four (04) months. The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 16.03.2020. Respondents

3 wp 3338.20 no. 2 and 3 may take further course of action depending upon the judgment that will be delivered by the committee in the validation proceeding. 8.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
