The vehicle is seized by the Naib Tahasildar on 09.12.2019.

The learned A.G.P. submits that the Authority had the powers to seize the vehicle in view of the amendment dated 16.09.2019.

In light of that, we are not inclined to entertain the petition. The petitioner may avail the remedy of Appeal as permissible in law.

All contentions are kept open.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
