A challenge in the petition is to an order dated 1501-2025 passed by Ld. CJJD/ JMFC, Ambajogai granting adjournment to the respondents/original defendants. The adjournment was sought stating that the defendant does not want to proceed with the suit before the learned Presiding Officer of the Court. The learned Trial Judge observed that the suit is of 2013. The defendants only tried to prolong the proceedings for some and other reasons. The court however, granted adjournment subject to cost of Rs.5000/- to be paid to

(2) 32wp3757.25 the plaintiff.

Considering the above, this court does not find any reason calling for interference with impugned order. 3.

Looking to the conduct, the learned trial court is expected to decide the suit as early as possible. If the defendants still are not cooperating, the court may pass appropriate orders imposing heavy cost on the defendants.
