The learned AGP submits that there is an alternate remedy available to challenge the impugned order before the Hoble Minister.

In view of the submissions made, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition and approach the appropriate authority to challenge the impugned order. He submits that the time spent in prosecuting the present petition be excluded in computation the period of limitation.

If such a proceedings are initiated to challenge the impugned order, the petitioner may may file an appropriate application before the concerned authority praying for exemption of the time spent for prosecuting the present petition in this court. The concerned authority to examine the same and pass the appropriate order in accordance with law.
