This petition takes exception to order dated 18th January 2024, passed below Exhibit-120 by Execution Court in Special Execution Petition No.9 of 2014 whereby, the application for disbursement of the amount of compensation came to be rejected. 2.

Heard learned Advocate for the Petitioner and learned AGP for Respondent Nos.1 and 2-State.

Perusal of the order indicates that this Court in Second Appeal No.757 of 2022 passed by order dated 12th December 2022 has directed not to release the amount of compensation payable in Special Execution Petition No.9 of 2014. It is further recorded therein that the said order passed by this Court is still in operation. Once there is a prohibitory order passed by this Court, it is not open for execution

Hence, there is no perversity in the order. Petition stands dismissed.
