The petitioners have challenged the order passed by the learned 2nd Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Dhule, below Exhibit-132 in Regular Civil Suit No.199 of 2015, thereby rejecting the application of the petitioners for framing additional issue.

Learned advocate for the petitioners has placed on record a copy of the order passed by the Trial Court, below Exhibit 137, whereby the Trial Court has allowed the application filed by the plaintiffs for framing additional issue of jurisdiction.

In that view of the matter, the challenge raised in this petition does not survive.
