An ad-interim order passed by the learned Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal in Original Application No.228/2024, dated 28.02.2024, is assailed before us in this Writ Petition. We loath in interfering with the interlocutory orders. 2.

We are informed that the Original Application was before the learned Tribunal today and on the request of the State of Maharashtra, it has been posted on 18.03.2024 for a final hearing.

The learned Advocate for the Election Commission

*2* 919wp2576o24 as well as the learned AGP representing the State of Maharashtra, submit that they would render wholehearted cooperation and would canvass final arguments in the Original Application before the learned Tribunal 18.03.2024.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off. We request the learned Tribunal to deliver it's final order, earlier, subject to the pendency before it.

At this stage, the learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has undergone an eye surgery and would be praying for extension of leave. If such request is made by the Petitioner, the competent Authority/employer would consider the said request in accordance with it's Rules and take a decision thereon.
