The contention of the petitioner is that the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of petitioner is pending. However, college is not issuing the
W.P.2637/2018 (21) examination form and insisting for full fees. 3.
The Committee shall decide the validation proceeding, expeditiously, preferably within 8 months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 22nd March, 2018. The respondents shall not insist for full fees and refuse to accept the examination form only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending.

The respondents can take further course of action depending upon the Judgment that would be delivered by the Committee in the validation proceeding.

The matter being of a student, the Committee shall scrupulously decide the proceeding within eight months as directed above.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
