Learned advocates for the parties have moved the matter for 'speaking to the minutes' in respect of figure "Rs.6,00,000/-" appearing in order dated 10th March, 2014.

Learned advocates agree upon that as a matter of fact while the court had passed an order on 9th April, 2012, it had directed to deposit a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- and as such, reference ought to have been made to figure "Rs.1,50,000/-" and not to "Rs.6,00,000/-". However, under a typographical error, it appears that figure of "Rs.6,00,000/-" has been quoted.

As the parties agree upon the same, I deem it appropriate that figure of "Rs.6,00,000/-" appearing in order dated 10th March, 2014 be referred to as "Rs.1,50,000/-". Accordingly, the figure of "Rs.6,00,000/-" appearing in second line of order dated 10th March, 2014 be substituted by figure "Rs.1,50,000/-". 4.

Copies / certified copies of said order dated 10th March, 2014 hitherto issued, shall be deemed to have been corrected accordingly. Henceforth, copies of said order be issued in accordance with corrections as are directed to be carried out today.

Motion, accordingly, stands disposed of.
