The learned counsel for respondent No.2 submitted that on 29th November 2025, respondent No.2 had taken the matter on board before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, and filed an application seeking permission to withdraw the complaint as against respondent Nos. 4 to 6, and accordingly, their names have been deleted from the original complaint. 2.

To substantiate his contention, he has produced a copy of the status report from the official website of the District Court. The same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification purposes. 3.

It also appears that by order dated 17th April 2025, the petition against petitioner Nos. 1 to 3 had been dismissed. Shrikant Malani

In view of the same, nothing survives in the petition, and the petitioner is disposed of accordingly.
