Mr. Bhavthankar, learned counsel appears for respondent / Management.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has acquired qualification of AM, and is to be included in category "C" in the seniority list maintained by the Management. The petitioner is entitled for the pay scale of a trained graduate teacher from the date of passing AM.

Mr. Bhavthankar, learned counsel for respondents no. 4 and 5 submits that respondents no. 4 and 5 would forward the proposal in respect of the claim of the petitioner to the Education Officer within a period of six (06) weeks. On receipt of the proposal from respondents no. 4 and 5, the Eduction Officer shall take decision upon it expeditiously and preferably within a period of three (03) months.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
