Mr. Salgare, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed an application for payment of salary for the period 21.07.2014 to 15.06.2017 i.e. till date the petitioner was orally terminated.

We have heard the learned A.G.P. for respondents no. 1 and 2, Mr. Tripathi, learned counsel for respondents no. 3 and 4.

As limited relief is claimed, we pass the following order.

The Education Officer shall take decision on the application of the petitioner (Page No. 58, Exhibit-J) dated 20.01.2019 after hearing the petitioner and respondents no. 3 and 4, on its own merits, expeditiously and preferably within a period of three (03) months.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
