Learned counsel appearing for Respondent Nos.2 and 3 has tendered across the Bar letter written by the Education Officer, Zilla Parishad, Jalna, addressed to him. The same is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification purpose. Copy of the said letter is given to the counsel appearing for the Petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that in case the amount is transferred within four weeks from today as stated in the communication dated 19th January, 2018, the grievance of the Petitioner would stands redressed.

In the light of contents of the afore mentioned letter, we expect that the Education

Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Jalna will take appropriate steps within stipulated period.

Since the grievance of the Petitioner stands redressed, the order dated 8th January, 2018 stands recalled.

With the above observations, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
