Applicants are praying for disbursement of amount of Rs. 27,49,787/-.

For the reasons stated in the application I deem it appropriate to allow the applicants to receive 75% of the amount deposited along with accrued interest on certain condition. 3.

The civil application is partly allowed. The applicants shall receive 50% of the amount deposited with accrued interest on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court and further 25% of the amount deposited
