The applicant prays for condonation of 56 days delay in filing this civil application and further prays for recalling of the order dated 08/12/2015 passed by this Court, by which the petition has been dismissed on account of non removal of the office objections. 2.
Reasons in support of the prayers are set out in the application.

Mr.Talekar, learned Advocate on behalf of the non-applicant has filed an affidavit in reply and opposes the application on the ground that the reasons cited are not satisfactory. In the alternative, he submits that heavy costs may be imposed on the applicant if this Court is inclined to allow the application.

In the light of the above and for the reasons set out in the application, the same is allowed. Delay of 56 days is condoned by imposing costs of Rs.1,000/-, which, by the consent of the respondent, shall be deposited by the applicant in the Advocate Associations' Bar Library, High Court, Aurangabad on or before 13/06/2016. The order dated 08/12/2015 is recalled and writ petition is restored at the stage at which it was dismissed and the applicant shall remove all office objections on or before 13/06/2016 5..
Interim relief, granted earlier, to continue. 6.
Needless to state, if any of the above directions are not complied with, this order shall stand recalled and the civil application shall then stand dismissed with the restoration of the order of this Court dated 08/12/2015.
