After having heard the learned Advocate for the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to issue notice. However, the order under challenge is an order passed on Exh.5 in PWDVA Appeal No.22/2021, granting stay to the execution of the order dated 13.7.2021 passed in PWDVA Application No.7/2016. 2.

The petitioner is the wife, although serving, it is informed that the respondent - husband draws salary in the multiplies of the salary of the petitioner.

It is therefore desirable that the appellate Court shall decide the appeal at the earliest preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.

The criminal writ petition is disposed of.
