Heard learned counsel for the applicants. In the writ petition, counsel for respondent No.1 is absent. Though respondent No.2 is duly served none appears for respondent No.2. Writ petition is yet to be admitted.

Pending this writ petition, the learned Tahsildar has passed order. In view of the same, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses "A" and "B" and disposed of.

In writ petition heard. Leave to amend. Amendment be carried out forthwith. Considering the order passed by the Tahsildar, during pendency of this writ petition, the effect of the order is stayed in terms of prayer clause "B-1".
