It appears that figures are mentioned as per the Compromise Terms, however, inadvertently the figures are not correctly mentioned in the Compromise Term. So far as the figure mentioned in the order as "Rs.12,40,300.80", the same should be read as "Rs.12,40,133/-" and instead of "Rs.11,40,300/-", the same should be read as "Rs.11,40,133/-". Order dated 22.02.2021 is corrected accordingly.
