The caste claim of the petitioner is forwarded by the petitioner's college to respondent no.3 Committee on 15.11.2021 and is pending before the said Committee. The petitioner seeks to take admission in the college under Scheduled Tribe category and seeks direction to the Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim expeditiously. 2.

According to the Government policy, the caste/tribe claims of the students are decided expeditiously. We, accordingly, direct the Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner

wp3741.22 (2) forwarded by the petitioner's college, within a period of four months from today, without fail. The petitioner is directed to co-operate with the Caste Scrutiny Committee in disposing of the tribe claim expeditiously and shall not seek any adjournment. 3.

Petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
