Heard learned counsel for the applicant, who has filed this application for withdrawal of the amount and learned counsel appearing for respondent No.1/appellant.

Permission is granted to the applicants to withdraw 50% amount out of deposited compensation amount with proportionate accrued interest thereon, subject to filing of written undertaking by applicant Nos.1, 2 and 4 to redeposit the withdrawn amount as and when directed by this Court. The undertaking

ca4592-2019 shall be filed within a period of four weeks from the date of passing of this order. The balance amount shall be invested in fixed deposit in any nationalized bank till final hearing of the first appeal. Civil application is accordingly allowed and disposed of. [SUNIL K.
