In all these contempt petitions disputed questions of fact are raised. There is dispute in the management. Petitioner No.3 in Contempt Petition No.108 of 2025 claims that she is the in-charge Headmistress and at no point of time she has handed over charge of the post of the headmaster to the petitioner in Contempt Petition No.870 of 2024. Whereas petitioner in Contempt Petition No.870

2 923 cp 268-24 of 2024 claims that his services as Headmaster are approved by the Education Officer.

Considering the above, as disputed questions of fact are raised, we are not inclined to entertain the contempt petitions. The contempt petitions are disposed of.
