The Petitioners have put-forth prayer clause 'B', as under:- "B) By issuing writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or directions in the like nature, the respondent no. 4 may please be directed to decide the objection dated 25.06.2021 and 22.02.2022 submitted by the petitioners and for that purpose issue necessary order."

A copy of the notice published in Zunjar Neta dated 25.01.2022, Beed edition is shown to the Court at Page No.5. It is contended

2 wp 4483.2022 that the application raising objections was filed by the Petitioners on 25.06.2021, i.e. within 30 days as required under Section 31 (2) of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966. 3.

The learned AGP representing Respondent Nos.1 to 4, submits that the said representation would be decided within four (04) weeks.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off with a direction to Respondent No.4 to consider the objections of the Petitioners vide application dated 25.06.2021.
