The learned counsel, Mr. Sudhir Bhalerao is appearing on behalf of respondent No.3 - acquiring body.

Heard. All the respective applicants in these applications are seeking condonation of delay periods as mentioned in their respective applications. The delay appears to be caused due to their poor fnancial condition. The learned AGP as well as the learned counsel for the respondent No.3 strongly opposed the applications on the ground that no reasonable cause is mentioned for condoning the delay.

However, considering the statutory right of the applicants and for the reasons stated in the applications, the applications are allowed and the respective delay periods mentioned therein, stand condoned subject to condition that the applicants shall not claim any interest for the aforesaid delay periods. 3.

The applications are accordingly disposed of. 4.

The respective appeals be placed for admissions after removal of offce objections, if any.
